10:30AM Reactive Dog Class: NEW DOMINION

Service Description

To help you help your dog learn to feel safe AND behave in a relaxed, confident manner around other dogs. You will learn 13(+) behaviours and management strategies to work with your dog to navigate challenging situations, desensitize to their triggers, and relate with other members of the group on living with a reactive dog. We will help all dogs find a successful resolution to suit their individual needs by the end of 6 weeks. Class will consist of a maximum of 4 dogs within a very spacious indoor dog training facility (5000 sqft; artificial turf). *No Class week of April 9 - Easter Weekend.* NOTES: 1. Week 1 - April 2nd is an ONLINE LECTURE to go over what to expect and safety protocols, and what to expect - No Dogs needed online Week 1. 2. Building is not heated - dress warm for early Springtime temperatures. Will try to keep everyone moving! 3. Please wear INDOOR SHOES inside the arena. Dogs must be fully potty trained and not prone to marking behaviour.

Cancellation Policy

Full credit/transfer/refund if Spot-On Dog Training cancels your class/training session. | Full credit/transfer/refund if the Client cancels 10 business days or more in advance of the class/session start date. | Partial credit/transfer/refund minus $50 processing fee if Client cancels less than 10 business days in advance of start date. | Clients who request a transfer or withdrawal after beginning a class will be subject to the $50 processing fee and receive a prorated refund or partial credit for another group class. | No refunds after the 2nd week of any group class. | Packages of private sessions purchased are non-refundable. | Sessions must be utilized within 90 days of purchase. Any remaining sessions after the 90-day period will be forfeited, and a new package purchased for subsequent sessions. | If you must cancel a class/session due to a human or canine medical/family emergency, we will transfer you to the next available class pending availability. No fees charged for transfer. If refunds are requested, the above policy applies. Does not include planned medical procedures or family matters. Written proof of the nature and timing of the emergency is required.
