Service Description

FOR PUPPIES AGED 12-20 WEEKS. Present up-to-date vaccination information prior to first class. NOTES: 1. This section is being offered in SUMMERSIDE. 2. Week 1 is an in-person LECTURE to go over clicker training, what to expect, and safety protocols - NO DOGS. Learn basic skills to teach your pup to perform practical skills on cue so you can communicate with your pup and avoid problem behaviors. Help your puppy learn manners, impulse control, distraction training, puppy socialization, and introduce Sit, Down, Stand, Come, Loose Leash Walking, and Heeling. Dogs will learn to focus on their owner in the presence of up to 5 puppies in a very spacious indoor facility (Wilmot Community Centre). Be sure to review all emails and homework from the lecture so you feel ready and confident for first day of class with puppies.

Cancellation Policy

Full credit/transfer/refund if Spot-On Dog Training cancels your class/training session. | Full credit/transfer/refund if the Client cancels 10 business days or more in advance of the class/session start date. | Partial credit/transfer/refund minus $50 processing fee if Client cancels less than 10 business days in advance of start date. | Clients who request a transfer or withdrawal after beginning a class will be subject to the $50 processing fee and receive a prorated refund or partial credit for another group class. | No refunds after the 2nd week of any group class. | Packages of private sessions purchased are non-refundable. | Sessions must be utilized within 90 days of purchase. Any remaining sessions after the 90-day period will be forfeited, and a new package purchased for subsequent sessions. | If you must cancel a class/session due to a human or canine medical/family emergency, we will transfer you to the next available class pending availability. No fees charged for transfer. If refunds are requested, the above policy applies. Does not include planned medical procedures or family matters. Written proof of the nature and timing of the emergency is required.
